Booking policies
The short version: give 24 hours notice to cancel or move a shoot, have the home ready to photograph, and if weather spoils the exteriors they are redone at no charge.
- Payment
- When you book, choose Pay now by card to pay the full amount at checkout, or Pay later. With Pay later: Nothing is due today. Payment is due when your media is delivered. Pay later bookings get a secure card payment link with the finished media. Card payments are processed by Stripe; card details never touch this website.
- Cancellation
- Cancel at no charge up to 24 hours before your shoot, and anything you have paid is refunded in full. Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged a $50 late-cancellation fee: taken from your payment before the rest is refunded, or invoiced if you chose Pay later.
- Rescheduling
- Reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your shoot, using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting me. Later changes are handled like a cancellation.
- Weather
- Interiors go ahead in any weather. If rain or snow would ruin the exteriors, I will either reschedule the exteriors at no charge or, if you prefer, shoot them on the day and replace a gray sky with a natural blue one. Twilight shoots move to the next clear evening.
- Access and readiness
- Please make sure the home is ready to photograph and that I can get in at the booked time. If I arrive and cannot get in, or the home is not ready, a $50 return-trip fee may apply.
